Srbija može slobodno da pozatvara sve svoje naučne laboratorije, ili one za kliničke testove, i sasvim je svejedno šta će stizati u ampulama za Srbe i stanovništvo Srbije, jer kad nešto odobri Evropa, to je onda zakon i ne treba se baviti naknadnim istraživanjima, ispitivanjima, testovima, jer Evropa sve zna najbolje. Evropa je bezgrešna. Evropsko nema falinke. Evropa je bog!

Nemačka država, koja je u Evropi, tj koja je jedna od stubova te Evrope u koju se tako bezrezervno uzda naše zdravstvo, ne razmišlja tako kao naš ministar. Oni su napravili selekciju vakcine h1n1 pa će jednu vrstu, bez aditiva adjuvanta ili prezervativa, davati svojim vojnicima, a drugu vrstu će davati stanovništvu!

Kao što piše u citiranom članku, Nemačka vlada, kao i mnoge vlade, igraju propagandnu igranku kada je reč o vakcini h1n1. Pričaju jedno, rade drugo i treće, a šta se dogovaraju iza zatvorenih vrata to samo oni znaju. Plus Nemci imaju i određenu istorijsku odgovornost za korišćenje nekih tamo hemijskih sastojaka nad nekim tamo "nižim rasama" u neka tamo vremena...

Sve to ukazuje na prost zaključak: vakcina, koju tako pompezno reklamiraju kao spas za čovečanstvo, uopšte nije bezopasna!

Ali nije naivna ni zarada koju će ostvariti farmako industrija. Nije ni bezopasno kritikovati tu industriju i njene moćne gazde. Zato se igra propagandna igranka, pa nemačke vlasti birkaju kako da smanje uticaj zlokobne vakcine na svoju vojsku i odabrane, dok se kod nas "ne može govoriti o izboru". Kod nas je bilo daj šta daš, pa makar i nagoru i najskuplju vakcinu.

 

Ko vrši certifikaciju H1N1 vakcine u EU?

Ako je već: daj šta daš, da vidimo od koga nam zavisi zdravstvena sudbina. Institucija koja daje mišljenje i preporuke za tržišno odobrenje medikamenata u Evropskoj Uniji naziva se Committee for Medicinal Products for Human Use (CHMP).

Oko 60 lica iz država EU. Neko podozriv bi mogao da posumnja da nije nikakav problem korumpirati 60 izmenjivih evropskih zvaničnika u nekom organu. Na primer sa 100 miliona evra. U proseku milionipo evra po zvaničniku, samo da odobre vakcinu na kojoj će proizvodjač zaraditi oko par hilljada miliona evra. Naravno, samo u slučaju da ne postoje drugi vidovi ucena ili pritisaka, pa baš mora da se odreši kesa. Ali, ko sme da podozreva bilo kakav vid korupcije u EU!? Nema korupcije u Evropskoj Uniji i njenim organima, ili medju zvaničnicima. EU je bog! EU je savršenstvo bez mane...

Cost of Just One EU Directive

Christopher Booker in the Sunday Times of 13 May 07 reports that the huge cost (£65 billion) imposed on the water companies by the need to comply with three "water purification" EU Directives has taken up most of the funds available for capital spending. Only £14 billion was left to spend on infrastructure, including stopping the leaks which waste a large proportion of the water they pump. No one in this country can do anything about this, so naturally the Government has hushed it up.

Commission under investigation for fraud worth £30 million.

The EU's anti-fraud body OLAF is investigating a scam within the EU bureaucracy following allegations that during a four year period, European Commission employees have provided false contracts potentially worth £30 million for cleaning services never carried out. The allegations come three months after three Italians, including a European Commission official, were arrested in a case of suspected corruption involving tenders of building contracts. Fraud in the Common Agricultural Policy

The Common Agricultural Policy, itself a totally inefficient waste of resources, is riddled with corruption. About 5% of the budget is lost to various frauds, from non-existent tobacco farms to imaginary decontamination plans to deal with Chernobyl. Another 5% is misappropriated. The cost to EU taxpayers is over £5 billion pa.

EU Waste

The EU wastes huge amounts of money. It spends more per head on the average EU cow in subsidies than the amount per head which 2.8 billion of the world's poor have to live on every day. Surely such sums could be better used to improve the environment, fight world hunger, and help provide clean water and basic health care to the world's poorest countries.

The EU's £7 billion foreign aid budget is grossly mismanaged. Much of the money does not arrive at its destination.

Fraudsters steal £2million a day

The European Anti-Fraud Office has put the cost of all EU fraud at 4.4 billion between 1999 and 2005. Italian MEP Christiana Muscardini, who made the figures public, suggested that the blame could lie with multi-billion-pound EU subsidies. Auditors have warned for years that there is no proof that payments end up in the right hands.

THE CORRUPT EU THAT THREATENS US ALL

British europhiles want the UK to become part of a single European state but won’t discuss the extent to which the European Union is mired in corruption. The problem is endemic in the major institutions of the EU.

One of its greatest failings is the Common Agricultural Policy, which swallows about three fifths of the EU budget.  CAP is a totally inefficient waste of resources, which is riddled with corruption. The various frauds include claims for subsidies on non-existent land.  One farmer even claimed for land that turned out to be part of the North Sea!  When there are surpluses, claims are made for the destruction of crops that never existed.

v    The EU’s accounts are widely known to be primitive and completely open to manipulation.  No small business in Britain would get away with accounts prepared to this standard.  The European Court of Auditors has stated that 95 per cent of the EU’s budget is wide open to fraud.

‘Whistleblowers’ like former Commission Chief Accountant Marta Andreasen and assistant auditor Paul Van Buitenenen, who tried to expose the extent of the corruption, are vilified and hounded out of their jobs.

In 2005, Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso and Trade Commissioner Peter Mandelson were both found to have taken holidays on cruise ships owned by major bankers and industrialists who stood to gain from Commission decisions.  The Commission declared themselves cleared of any wrongdoing!

In 1999, the entire European Commission, led by Jacques Santer, had to resign after a Committee of Independent experts reported evidence of administrative failure, financial irregularities and nepotism. It found that millions of pounds worth of funds from the humanitarian aid office had disappeared, while no accounts were available for some £17 billion in structural fund projects

Members of the European Parliament are positively encouraged to claim expenses in excess of those they have incurred, despite vast salaries and lavish attendance allowances for taking part in what is no more than a sham body, providing a fig-leaf for the lack of true democracy in the EU

This corruption is endemic

The reaction of the European elites to all these scandals reveals that it is an entrenched part of a culture and cannot be eradicated.  Commission officials reacting to their exposure in 1999 are reported to have stated that there had been an ‘Anglo-Saxon crusade’ against the Southern culture of state administration, while  former Commissioner Cresson, who gave EU contracts to her dentist, declared that she was ‘guilty of no behaviour that is not standard in French administrative culture’.

Every venal politician and corrupt official in the EU uses the argument that ‘the ends justifies the means’ i.e. building a European superstate, in order to continue milking the system and enriching themselves at our expense.


THE CREATION OF A CORRUPT AND SELF-SERVING ELITE IN THE EU,  THAT THREATENS US ALL


For more than ten years, the European Court of Auditors has refused to approve the EU’s accounts, warning that they are riddled with fraud. 

Far from the European Parliament acting as watchdog on the EU’s civil servants, each year it tamely nods through the EU’s accounts, failing to take any action at all.

The EU’s transnational elite is transforming itself into an increasingly self-interested and detached political class.  This is leading to an increasing concentration of power in institutions that are unelected, unaccountable and deeply corrupt.

The growth of this new class is not a unique event in history. It always takes place in states where democratic control is absent, as has been seen in the Nazi and Soviet dictatorships of the twentieth century.

Perhaps the most frightening aspect of this process is that it is precisely what was intended by the original architects of the European Union, for the preservation of democratic self government was always of little significance beside the goal of ‘building Europe’. That the ‘Europe’ being constructed is corrupt, inefficient and destructive of the democratic rights of its peoples, is irrelevant to those who see themselves as its new masters.
